The agent will be the first impression and lasting memory for countless visitors, expertly handling incoming calls, guiding guests through hotel and restaurant reservations, concert ticket sales, and all their general inquiries about exciting properties, amenities, and promotions. The mission is to accurately and efficiently fulfill requests, maintain precise records, and enthusiastically promote the benefits of the One Star Rewards program. Additionally, the agent will be the go-to resource for navigating the website and phone app, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role is essential for creating unforgettable moments for guests and being part of a dynamic team.
