Responsibilities
- Working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Checking guests in and out of their rooms.
- Managing reservations.
- Processing payments for hotel services.
- Sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel.
- Managing all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences.
