Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for guests.
  • Checking guests in and out of their rooms.
  • Distributing room keys.
  • Answering questions about the facility's policies and services.
  • Making advance reservations and handling special requests.
  • Issuing invoices and collecting room fees.
  • Handling or appropriately escalating customer service issues.
  • Performing administrative duties such as answering phones, cleaning work space, and assisting managers and supervisors as needed.
  • Interacting with customers to ensure guest check-in, check-out, and billing are carried out efficiently.
