About The Position

The Guest Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all customers and team members within the licensed facility. This role involves identifying and removing individuals who are excluded, ejected, or self-excluded from the gaming floor and activities. The position also requires adherence to Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training, prompt reporting of incidents, and maintaining a secure environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
Must complete all required company training.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of CMS system including but not limited to the following: Cage, Pit, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking menus and Self-Exclusion display.

Responsibilities

Identify and remove individuals required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility, or who are self-excluded.
Complete annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training.
Provide immediate notice to supervisors, casino compliance representatives, and the Pennsylvania State Police upon detecting an excluded or self-excluded individual.
Assist in transporting money, chips, and tokens.
Control access to restricted areas.
Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents.
Monitor customer and team member passage for possible underage patrons and other banned individuals.
Complete safety inspections and other logs and forms, and write applicable reports.
Secure areas during incidents or emergencies.
Write reports as required.
Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
