About The Position

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is looking for a Guest Runner. The Guest Runner delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery of requested and traced items to rooms. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about Residential offerings and amenities.

Requirements

• Must have a strong eye for detail and the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role, a valid California Driver's License is necessary

Nice To Haves

• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards). This includes making up and delivering cribs and sofa beds.
• Offer assistance to guests when requested and as needed.
• Resupply guest rooms supplies.
• Operate a golf cart.
• Deliver linen from Meadows to the linen closets, as needed.
• Inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the linen closets.
• Deliver linen from Meadows to the linen closets, as needed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management and staff.
