About The Position

The Westin Jackson, located in downtown Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking a Guest Room Lead Attendant to join their Rooms Department team. Requirements

• Cleaning guest rooms
• Responding to guest requests
• Making beds
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels and guest amenities
• Performing deep cleaning tasks
• Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply cart
• Disposing of trash and recyclables
• Responding to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Performing guest turn down service

Responsibilities

• Clean & inspect guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed
