Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Three (3) months of related experience in housekeeping, or exposure to the hospitality industry and training from the Culinary Training Center
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
Responsibilities
- Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down or dusting all surfaces
- Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper chemicals and cleaning procedures
- Replenish all guest amenities, information folders, soaps, tissues, and other room supplies as needed
- Place clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and restock clean towels on towel racks
- Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair
