About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces within the establishment. This role requires attention to detail, good customer service skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning. The attendant must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and Indian Preference in hiring.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Ability to clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and vacuum rooms independently.
• Ability to clean 15 or more rooms daily.
• Completion of training in Blood Borne Pathogens procedures, Housekeeping Safety, and Hospitality.
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be 18 at the time of hire.
• Must be able to demonstrate US work authorization.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work alternating shifts, including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Signing in and out their pass key.
• Cleaning all rooms, including check-out rooms and stay-over rooms.
• Reporting all repairs to the supervisor.
• Turning in all tips to the supervisor daily.
• Keeping carts clean.
• Performing deep cleaning in all rooms.
• Cleaning the fitness room, customer laundry room, and restrooms.
• Cleaning vending machines, pictures, and elevators daily.
• Shampooing rooms and hallways.
• Providing good customer service.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
