About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. This role involves detailed cleaning tasks, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The position requires physical stamina and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Ability to clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and vacuum rooms independently.
• Ability to clean 15 or more rooms daily.
• Complete training of Blood Borne Pathogens procedures and Housekeeping Safety and Hospitality.
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be 18 at the time of hire.
• Must be able to demonstrate US work authorization.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Sign in & out pass key.
• Clean all rooms, including check-out rooms and stay-over rooms.
• Report all repairs to the supervisor.
• Turn in all tips to the supervisor daily.
• Keep carts clean.
• Perform deep cleaning in all rooms.
• Clean fitness room, customer laundry room, and restrooms.
• Clean vending machines, pictures, and elevators daily.
• Shampoo rooms and hallways.
• Provide good customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
