Located across the street from The Mall at Short Hills, the Hilton Short Hills features locally sourced food, an outdoor terrace and lounge, tennis courts, and an indoor/outdoor pool to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience to our guests. We are looking for our next great team members to join us on our Housekeeping Team. We are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of Guest Room Attendant. For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. This is a unionized position.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus
- Keen eye for detail
- Respect the importance that impeccably clean guest room and supplies have in a hotel
- Do not shy away from physical work
- Pride in organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Cleaning guest rooms
- Responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
- Performing assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make our guests' experience a memorable one
