About The Position

Want a summer job where you get to help people and be part of the fun? As a Guest Relations Team Member at Enchanted Parks, you'll be the friendly face guests turn to for help, answers, and park information. If you're outgoing, helpful, and enjoy working with people, this is a great way to gain customer service experience while enjoying an exciting park environment.
NEW! Team Members who work after 4pm during Fright Fest will earn an additional $2/hr on top of their standard rate of pay!

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with guests face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt quickly and problem‑solve
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather
• For Lost & Found/Rentals: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong teamwork skills and professional behavior

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help answer questions about the park
• Sell tickets, season passes, and other admissions products
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Listen to guest concerns or feedback and help find solutions
• Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area
• Rent strollers and wheelchairs when needed
• Use multiple computer systems to assist guests
• Manage Lost and Found items and inventory
• Help create a positive guest experience every day
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
