Guest Relations Specialist/Receptionist
About The Position
Rosegate Commons Assisted Living is now hiring a Part-Time Guest Relations Specialist! This role involves working Monday and Tuesday evenings per week, with occasional additional shift opportunities. The Guest Relations Specialist greets and assists all visitors and residents to the community, operates the telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel. This role is committed to building on-going relationships with the residents and families, fostering communication and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
