About The Position
Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is hiring a Guest Relations Representative. This role serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. The primary responsibility is to provide a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of Customer Service experience

- Experience with Allied Health, customer service, communication, and reception.
