About The Position
We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our guest relations team. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, a GED or equivalent experience
- Must possess basic mathematical and computer skills
- Must have an outgoing, friendly personality
Responsibilities
- Merchandise sales/maintain working inventory
- Cash register opening and closing, Perform cash/credit/and voucher sales, apply discounts/comp sales, responsible for till
- Greet guest with a smile and assist guest with promotional information, requested items, and tours.
- Answer phones, forward calls, take messages
- Check and safeguard guest coats and belongings (No purses).
