Requirements

• Talent for building relationships, communication, multitasking and being detail oriented.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Comfortably communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Creating real connections and spending time getting to know our guests, building relationships and institutional knowledge to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers and sharing knowledge with the relevant teams.
• Proactively seeking to greet the guests throughout the hotel, especially upon arriving in the lobby and perform guest rooming.
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions and even special occasions.
• Preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up.
• Reporting imperfections and blemishes and working with several other positions to correct them.
