About The Position

Be the face of exceptional experiences! As a Guest Services Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, helping to shape their event-day experience. You’ll welcome and direct guests, provide knowledgeable support, and ensure smooth entry and service. You’ll bring energy, organization, and hospitality to every interaction, ensuring all guests feel informed and valued.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with guest service platforms or ticketing systems

Nice To Haves

  • CPR or First Aid certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests as they arrive
  • Provide accurate venue and event information
  • Direct guests to correct seating areas or service zones
  • Resolve guest inquiries or issues with professionalism
  • Collaborate with security and operations teams as needed
  • Promote safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
