About The Position

🥫 Keep us stocked and ready to serve! As a Receiving Clerk, you'll ensure all cold and dry storage areas are organized, clean, and fully stocked. You’ll be responsible for labeling, rotating, and replenishing ingredients and products that fuel our culinary team’s success.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a food service or inventory-focused role
• Familiarity with storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• ServSafe or Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock pantry and dry goods
• Label, date, and rotate inventory using FIFO method
• Monitor par levels and communicate order needs
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
• Support kitchen staff with quick pantry pulls
• Track inventory usage and assist with monthly counts
