About The Position

Be the face of hospitality. As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you’ll greet, guide, and support guests throughout their experience — ensuring every interaction is positive, personalized, and seamless. Whether offering directions or resolving concerns, you’ll deliver hospitality with confidence and care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest services preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout large venues
  • Familiarity with event or venue operations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide directions, event info, and support
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Assist with crowd flow and line management
  • Monitor assigned areas for safety and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with security, operations, and service teams
  • Represent Levy’s standards of hospitality at all times
