Located in Columbus, Nebraska, Brookestone Acres is designed for seniors needing either short-term rehabilitation or skilled nursing services. At Brookestone Acres, we have a culture of rehabilitation and overall improvement of health. The Guest Relations is a vital, high-profile member of our team who has the opportunity to positively interact daily with visitors, family members, team members and residents. Guest Relations displays the "heart" of the facility by the encouraging, upbeat interactions that occur through each positive greeting, helpful direction, and valuable answers to guest questions! This position has the opportunity to positively affect lives daily!

Requirements

Qualified candidates will be passionate about customer service, friendly, high energy, and have the ability to multi-task.
They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
You must have the knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), Outlook (email) and operating a telephone switchboard.
Guest Relations must understand the physical demands their jobs require and realize they need to: lift, push, pull and move residents, equipment, supplies, etc. lift a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds several times each work day. lift twenty ten (10) pounds consistently. be able to move and stretch in such a way as to be able to reach areas above their head and below their waist. go up and down stairs. bend, stoop and twist frequently throughout the day see and hear well enough to answer phones, greet people and read remain active and on their feet for up to four (4) hours at a time. be able to drive a vehicle. be able to operate telephone switchboard, computer, copier, fax, calculator, and other office equipment.
