About The Position

Bring the heat to every dish you create! As a Cook, you'll prepare and execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. From prepping ingredients to plating with precision, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality culinary experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Proficiency with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques
  • Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Understanding of safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate with kitchen team to ensure food quality and timing
  • Label, rotate, and store ingredients properly
  • Assist with prep work, opening, and closing duties
