Manufacturing Experience a plus

Responsibilities

Operates similar production machines to perform similar operations or produce similar parts.
Jobs may be of short duration requiring frequent change in set-up and variation of individual cycles.
Has moderate control over product quality.
Works from specific written or verbal instructions and general operating practices, requiring application of some judgment and selectivity.
Sets up machines requiring interaction of several variables.
Loads raw material into the machine, manually operates, varying and modifying the cycle, and unloads the finished product.
Performs additional operations manually or using simple machines.
Checks products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices.
Adjusts set-up and process operation accordingly.
Maintains production records and monitors product quality against established control charts.
