About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Guest Receptionist to join our team at Patrick Henry Square Sales Center. The Guest Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests visiting the sales center, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests, verifying appointments, assisting with check-in procedures, and supporting the sales team through administrative and customer service functions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of six months of customer service, hospitality, front desk, retail, or administrative experience.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice To Haves

Experience in hospitality, tourism, timeshare, hotel, or sales environments.
Prior front desk or reception experience.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
Check guests in for their scheduled sales presentations and verify eligibility requirements.
Provide guests with information regarding the sales process and site amenities.
Maintain accurate guest records and update information within company systems.
Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate guest flow and communicate effectively with sales representatives and leadership.
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Ensure reception and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a positive first impression for all guests.
Support site operations and special projects as assigned by leadership.
