About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Guest Reception Representative in Nashville, Tennessee. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create memorable vacation experiences while introducing guests to the benefits of Hilton Grand Vacations ownership and resort experiences.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and technology.
• Ability to engage comfortably with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide information about Hilton Grand Vacations resort offerings and amenities.
• Assist guests with questions and direct them to appropriate resort services.
• Schedule qualified guests for vacation ownership presentations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
• Promote a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Represent Hilton Grand Vacations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
