About The Position

What if your job wasn't just answering phones or checking people in? What if every day you had the opportunity to make someone feel welcome, solve a problem before it became one, help a family discover their new community, or simply brighten someone's day with a genuine smile? At the Stroum Jewish Community Center, our Guest Experience Specialists do exactly that. This isn't a typical front desk position. You're the face of our organization—the first person members, guests, volunteers, vendors, and visitors meet when they walk through our doors.
