About The Position

As a leader in the luxury vacation home industry, we specialize in property management and vacation rentals. This role is at the intersection of genuine hospitality and smart sales, where you will be the reason guests feel at home and the reason they return. You will own the guest relationship end-to-end, spot opportunities to deepen it, and contribute directly to the growth of our business. This is an in-person role based out of our offices in Frisco and Breckenridge, CO.

Requirements

  • Warm, professional communication, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people and recognize a sales opportunity without it feeling like one.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales. You've been in environments where the bar is high and you've met it.
  • Grace under pressure. Challenging situations don't rattle you. You handle them with tact and come out the other side with the relationship intact.
  • Adaptability. No two days here look alike, and you're energized by that, not exhausted by it.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools to track guest interactions and sales activity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Guest Experience: Be the primary point of contact for guests across our Summit County properties. Anticipate needs, solve problems before they become issues, and create moments that turn first-time visitors into loyal guests.
  • Drive Meaningful Sales: Build real relationships with guests and proactively identify opportunities to offer services that genuinely enhance their stay.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate closely with front desk staff, maintenance technicians, and property teams to deliver seamless, coordinated service.
  • Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and make sure every commitment we make to a guest is kept, on time and at the standard Pinnacle is known for.
