Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and enter and exit vehicles throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
Assist with customer check-in and direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor.
Safely transport customers using the dealership shuttle as needed.
Move, retrieve, stage, and deliver customer and dealership vehicles throughout the property.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the service drive, parking areas, customer entrances, and shuttle vehicle.
Support the Service Department by assisting with customer needs, vehicle logistics, and daily operational tasks.
Follow all dealership policies regarding safety, vehicle handling, key control, and customer service.
Help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
