Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
At least 6 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service preferred
A fun, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Comfortable using technology and basic office software
A positive team player who is reliable, adaptable, and guest-focused

Responsibilities

Serve as Supervisor on Duty as needed, supporting smooth daily operations 🎟️
Delegate and monitor daily assignments for Guest Experience hosts 🗂️
Lead and motivate your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver outstanding service 🌟
Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure team compliance at all times 🧼⚠️
Manage queues and guest flow in the safest and most fun way possible ⏱️➡️
Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, partnering with other departments as needed 😊🛠️
Maintain training documentation and ensure team members are fully prepared for their roles 📋
Empower hosts to handle guest recovery and create magical moments ✨
Support training initiatives, audits, employee engagement, and special projects 🎯
Lead by example by stepping into host roles and modeling fun, teamwork, and exceptional service every shift 🎉
