About The Position

Guest Experience Lead - Peppa Pig World of Play Chicago What You'll Do: ✨ Deliver unforgettable, interactive experiences to all guests. ✨ Lead by example with a floor-based approach, ensuring excellent guest experiences. ✨ Collaborate with operations management to ensure smooth attraction operations. ✨ Model the way and deliver training initiatives to develop the skills and attitudes of our Guest Experience Hosts. ✨ Exceed guest expectations and resolve complaints with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. ✨ Uphold departmental health & safety standards and encourage others to do the same. 🚑 Ensure a clean and safe environment for visitors and employees. 🔥 Act as a Fire Marshal and First Aider when needed. 🧼 Maintain high health standards by cleaning and performing minor repairs. 📝 Log all incidents and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. 🤝 Assist with conducting orientations. 🎈 Train staff on guest service, safety protocols, and core values. 📋 Keep records of training procedures and staff sign-offs. 💰 Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures. 💳 Manage cash office procedures, including nightly financial reporting and cash deposits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service and guest interaction experience required.
  • Passion for entertaining children and families.
  • Ability to effectively train others.
  • Fun, outgoing personality with a knack for leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with attractions/entertainment preferred.
