About The Position

Craft & Crew Hospitality is looking for a Full-Time Guest Experience Manager (GEM) to join our team at The Block in Rogers. This onsite leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences, building strong teams, and bringing energy to the floor every day. As our Guest Experience Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action-leading our host and expo team while ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. The GEM's primary focus is leading and developing our support staff team (hosts and expos) while actively managing the restaurant floor. This includes hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling for hosts and expos, running the restaurant floor to ensure seamless service, spending the majority of time interacting with guests and regulars, fostering a fun, high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere, and partnering with leadership to drive team development and performance. The role also involves maintaining exceptional standards for hospitality, service, and ambiance. Schedules include days, nights, and weekends, offering opportunities to connect with a wide variety of guests and create standout experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant experience
  • Serving or bartending experience (required)
  • 1+ year of supervision or management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • A natural ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Loves building relationships with guests
