About The Position

Hiring Immediately, Guest Experience Manager. Excellent compensation and benefits. The Guest Experience Manager will work alongside management to establish an exceptional reputation for personable and memorable customer service. This will be done by constantly evaluating current processes for improvement to the customer experience and quickly acting on customer feedback received post experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • A passionate desire for great customer service and good moral compass
  • An extreme ability to keep organized
  • Strong social skills and writing skills
  • Ability to empathize but also have confrontational conversations
  • Instill a hospitality culture to the automotive industry

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer feedback and address appropriately.
  • Identify areas of opportunity through reporting and observations at the store.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience team and brainstorm ways to improve.
  • Work with department managers to overcome current hardships and challenging customers.
  • Prepare monthly summaries to be reviewed with department managers.
  • Always encourage a team oriented environment by maintaining a positive attitude, being helpful and having an upbeat personality.
