Santikos is looking for Guest Experience Managers to provide our guests with exceptional service at one of our San Antonio locations. This role ensures a positive and memorable guest experience by responding to service recovery issues, maintaining efficiency and productivity, and training team members on teamwork and guest service delivery. The Guest Experience Manager will also manage team members to optimize service levels and minimize labor costs, ensure safety standards are implemented and followed, and assist senior management with financial operations and reporting. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintain proficiency in designated department areas, and oversee team members while monitoring their respective departments. Continuous development and training with senior management are also key aspects of this position.
