About The Position

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Guest Experience Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Guest Experience Manager creates the guest-centric experience in all areas of the Resort, ensuring execution by all employees. Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include any day of the week, all shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with other Departments to ensure a seamless five-star guest experience
  • Curate an unforgettable guest experience through creativity and consistency
  • Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the Resort
  • Measure results and communicates them weekly to the leadership team
  • Coach staff to achieve culture standards
  • Lead guest relationships, solving tough challenges that arise
