Requirements

  • Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect and influence
  • Sales-minded and motivated by performance and results
  • Reliable, coachable, and able to take feedback and apply it quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Professional, positive, and composed under pressure
  • Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience required
  • Reliable transportation required (ability to support both locations)

Responsibilities

  • Creating an environment where guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment they walk in
  • Owning the phone. Clear, upbeat, and confident every time
  • Turning conversations into connections and connections into memberships
  • Following through. Not letting details slip, not letting opportunities pass
  • Hitting goals and holding yourself accountable to results
  • Deliver a consistent 5-star experience from check-in to check-out
  • Build real rapport with guests and members
  • Guide guests through our membership program with confidence
  • Retain members by creating an experience they don’t want to leave
  • Support daily operations while keeping the energy high and the pace strong
