In this role, you'll help guide our team, support daily operations, and serve as a key leader in keeping our attraction running smoothly and safely. Every day is a new adventure! 🐽✨ As a Guest Experience Lead, you’ll be one of the go-to leaders for delivering exceptional guest service and unforgettable experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience interacting with guests in fast-paced settings
  • Passion for entertaining and engaging with children & families (a must!)
  • Prior experience training or coaching others
  • A fun, friendly, outgoing personality
  • Strong communication & motivational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, multitasking environment
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings & holidays
  • Walk or stand for long periods
  • Communicate clearly and positively
  • Use computers and standard office tools
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Bend, reach, climb, twist & move around the attraction
  • Work in environments with varying noise levels
  • Work in different temperatures and lighting conditions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Manager on Duty
  • Overseeing Admissions, Attraction Floor, Food & Beverage, and Retail
  • Delegating and monitoring daily tasks for front-line hosts
  • Motivating the team to be “guest-obsessed” and deliver outstanding service
  • Maintaining all health & safety procedures across the attraction
  • Managing queues, traffic flow, and busy areas with ease and safety
  • Responding to guest concerns and coordinating solutions across departments
  • Training & Coaching Front-Line Hosts
  • Train hosts on ride & water safety, guest service, and more
  • Maintain accurate training records
  • Coach team members, provide feedback, and support their growth
  • Empower hosts with the tools and confidence to deliver world-class service
  • Support Guest Experience Operations
  • Stocking & inventory tasks
  • Training & employee engagement
  • Assisting with shift coverage as needed
  • Supporting additional tasks to keep operations smooth and magical
  • And performing other exciting duties as needed!
