About The Position

Join Team LEGO and help create unforgettable experiences for families and guests every day! As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for making every visit awesome by welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm, engaging with them throughout the attraction, and ensuring their experience is fun and memorable. You will also assist with attraction operations, manage guest flow, maintain a safe environment, and ensure guest areas are clean and organized. Additionally, you will support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to keep the attraction running smoothly.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
• Must be available to work 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day each week.
