We’re looking for energetic, playful superstars to join our Guest Experience Team and bring the fun to life!

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events! (Weekend availability either Saturday or Sunday required)

Responsibilities

• Spread Oinktastic Joy: Bring BIG energy, bright smiles, and playful enthusiasm—showing off those amazing Merlin Values with every guest you meet!
• Create Magical Moments: Jump right into the fun! Chat with families, engage little explorers, and make every guest feel like part of Peppa’s world.
• Keep Things Moving Smoothly: Help manage busy queues so they stay safe, organized, and as happy as a muddy puddle jump!
• Keep It Sparkling & Snort-Worthy: Make sure play areas, shops, and spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for lots of little adventurers.
• Help the Day Run Like Magic: Support opening and closing routines so everything is ready for a full day of giggles, play, and Peppa-perfec
