LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who love interacting with people and bringing positive energy to every guest experience. Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly, positive attitude
• Engage with guests and create memorable moments throughout their visit
• Bring fun, energy, and excitement to the attraction every day
• Help manage attraction lines and guest flow while maintaining a safe environment
• Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready
• Maintain our high standards of presentation and guest experience
• Complete opening, closing, and operational procedures as assigned
