Bubble Planet is an exciting new immersive attraction from the same team at SEA LIFE North Carolina, designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of bubbles, color, and imagination!

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile while bringing Merlin's values to life in every interaction.
• Turn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences by engaging with guests and spreading magic throughout the attraction.
• Help manage attractions and queues so guests can spend less time waiting and more time having fun.
• Keep our attraction looking amazing by ensuring public areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Support opening and closing procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
