About The Position

We’re looking for fun-loving, energetic superstars to join our Guest Experience Team! This role involves creating unforgettable, joy-filled moments for guests, spreading smiles, sparking laughter, and making every day feel like an adventure. You will be responsible for bringing big energy, seeking out guest interactions, keeping lines safe and smooth, maintaining clean public areas, and following all opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events! (Weekend availability either Saturday or Sunday required)
