Join Team LEGO at LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Antonio and help create unforgettable experiences for families. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with children and families, inspiring creativity through LEGO building, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest service, comfortable working with children, and a fan of LEGO who can inspire imaginative play.

Requirements

Availability Friday–Monday (open availability preferred)
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Guest-obsessed and excited to work with children and families
Comfortable teaching simple LEGO building techniques to kids and adults alike
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills
Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team
Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Nice To Haves

6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus
LEGO fans who inspire creativity and imaginative play

Responsibilities

Create fun, memorable experiences for every guest
Engage with families and spread positive energy throughout the attraction
Inspire creativity through LEGO building and play
Maintain safe, organized, and enjoyable guest queues
Keep attraction areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
Follow operational, opening, and closing procedures to ensure a great guest experience
