About The Position
Join Team LEGO and help create magical moments for families every day! As a Guest Experience Host (Commercial) at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona, you will deliver awesome guest service and create unforgettable experiences. You will share positive energy and live our Merlin Values every day, engaging with families to make every visit amazing. Your role will also involve supporting queue management, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and helping to keep public areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. You will also follow opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations. If you're outgoing, guest-focused, and love making people smile, we'd love to meet you!
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
- Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
- Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
