Requirements

• Candidates must be 18+ for this role.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate red-carpet greeter — welcome guests with your best smile and big personality!
• Help guests with tickets, admissions, and general info — making sure their experience starts with a bang.
• Keep our dining and admissions areas sparkling clean and photo-ready at all times.
• Maximize the fun (and the sales!) — help guests discover souvenirs, snacks, and upgrades.
• Keep the magic moving by assisting with crowd flow, guest questions, and operational needs.
• Follow health, safety, and food handling standards — because safe fun is the best kind of fun!
