The position involves greeting customers, gathering information, directing them to the appropriate departments, and maintaining the appearance of the showroom. Requirements

Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to confidently and professionally interact with executives, VIP clients, and other high-level stake holders with the ability to always represent the company in a sophisticated and professional manner at all times.
Maintains a sophisticated appearance and demeanor
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system.
Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person.
Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting for, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
Maintain sales floor appearance
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
