About The Position
We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly team member to help create an exceptional guest experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar. This role involves welcoming and assisting guests, managing appointments, recommending services and products, supporting daily salon operations, and working closely with stylists to deliver a five-star experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests
- Manage appointments, phones & texts
- Recommend memberships, retail & add-on services
- Support daily salon operations (laundry, stocking, opening/closing & keeping the salon beautiful)
- Keep up with and update Inventory
- Work closely with our stylists for scheduling and to deliver a five-star experience
