Requirements

Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or sales.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
Comfortable with healthy confrontation, enforcing policies, and navigating difficult sales conversations.
Motivated by performance-based rewards and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

Effectively guide guests through membership options and products.
Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and educate clients on the value of our services.
Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns.
De-escalate issues and solve scheduling conflicts professionally.
Maintain luxury standards in both the facility’s appearance and your own professional presentation.
