Requirements

Love people and good vibes
Top-tier communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Familiarity with Google Suite & scheduling tools (on-site training provided)
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and move with energy

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide information.
Handle guest questions, feedback, and concerns with care.
Address and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Work in concessions as required.
Maintain the cleanliness, stocking, and readiness of the facility.
Assist with scheduling, check-ins, sign-ups, and events.
Manage front desk operations.
Process waivers, payments, and reports.
Learn and implement TOCA's operational standards and training.
Contribute to creating and maintaining a unified culture and high level of engagement within the center.
Uphold service commitment standards by being professional, welcoming, aware, outgoing, and proud.
