About The Position

Formula Fig is seeking a Guest Experience Associate (GEA) for their Fig Bars. The GEA is a key member of the hospitality team, serving as the primary point of contact for guests. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in discussing memberships, treatments, and products, and the ability to build connections that drive sales. The GEA will report to the Fig Bar Manager and collaborate with other business units. The company is looking for individuals passionate about skin health, confident in sales, and who believe in Formula Fig's vision. This is a paid hourly position within a growing company.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out, and creating a personal and inclusive environment.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve questions, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Drive sales by educating guests on memberships, treatments, promotions, and products, and converting interest into sales to meet targets.
Support skin goals by collaborating with Skin Educators to recommend follow-up treatments and at-home skincare solutions.
Maintain the Fig Bar environment by assisting with daily tasks such as restocking, handling returns, sanitizing tools, cleaning, and ensuring organization.
Contribute to a high-performing team by fostering collaboration and assisting with training and coaching new GEAs.
Participate in community-building efforts by supporting events, including preparation, guest engagement, and showcasing products/services.
Be present and punctual for scheduled shifts, as attendance is critical for operations and service levels.
