About The Position

Exhale Spa is seeking an outgoing, hospitality-focused Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service while supporting spa operations, membership sales, and retail revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while contributing to membership growth, retail sales, and overall business success.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash handling and payment processing experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales through consultative recommendations and guest engagement.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Mindbody and InfoGenesis preferred.
• Hospitality, spa, fitness, hotel, or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an outstanding spa and fitness experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations using Mindbody.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, memberships, and gift cards.
• Utilize InfoGenesis POS systems for retail and service transactions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Support membership sales, renewals, and guest retention efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail boutique area.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
