At Coldstream Clear, our retail team is all about genuine hospitality. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where no two days look the same. You’ll welcome guests with warmth, offer samples and thoughtful recommendations, take orders, create cocktails behind the bar, and serve drinks with confidence and care. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, juggle multiple responsibilities, and help keep the space clean, organized, and inviting. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences, making every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave.
Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (19yrs)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to maintain cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in hospitality considered an asset but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive and efficient hospitality to all guests
- Take orders accurately and serve beverages in a timely manner
- Prepare beverages behind bar, take orders accurately and serve beverages in a timely manner, while following all health, safety and alcohol serving guides
- Handle cash and point of sale transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service areas and retail space, including opening and closing duties
- Restock supplies and assist with all tasks required
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
