Requirements
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a positive attitude and sense of hospitality.
- Meet, greet and escort all VIP guests.
- Provide end-to-end hospitality for guests to ensure they are delighted and satisfied during their arrival, throughout their stay, and as they depart.
- Assist with workspace reservations using an online tool to maximize utilization.
- Follow all access procedures and ensure guests have proper visitor badges.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure high quality experience for all guests.
- Prepare and maintain the reception area daily to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Learn and provide information about the office, building, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
- Respond to inquiries via multiple channels of communication.
